  • anti-cancer

  • immunological

  • anti-inflammatory

  • anti-diabetic

  • anti-viral and anti-microbial

So, how do you incorporate these guys into your daily diet? First, know that when we refer to medicinal mushrooms, we don’t mean the little white button mushrooms you get in the grocery store. We are talking about the super weird ones that come in very weird shapes and sizes. The most well-known is the Reishi mushroom, but others are Zhu Ling or Turkey Tails. These can be hard to find, so our solution is a good, high-quality powder that you can mix into smoothies. We use ours every single day for optimal well-being!
